About Kirkland WA
Kirkland is a beatutiful city in King County, Washington, just east of Seattle. With a population of 92,175 according to the 2020 U.S. census, it’s the sixth city in the county and the twelfth in the state. Fun fact: Kirkland was the original home of the Seattle Seahawks! For their first ten seasons (1976–85), their headquarters and training facility were at the Lake Washington Shipyard (now Carillon Point), and they stayed at Northwest University until 2007. Plus, even though Costco moved its headquarters to Issaquah, Kirkland is still known for its "Kirkland Signature" store brand!
