I wanted to take a minute to thank Matthew Chapman with the purchase on our new home on Mercer Island. Our family was born and raised in California, so moving out of state into a new community and finding a home was a big deal, not to mention we have a teenager. Matthew is very adept at working with families. We toured 2 high schools while we were there and he took us through various neighborhoods and explained what made them unique, as well as touring multiple homes. We still had our home in California and my husband had been traveling back and forth for work, sometimes he was able to tour the property and sometimes it was done virtually. Matthew kept us updated on new homes coming available, spent a lot of time with our family to understand our priorities and was very patient with us.
